The Ticket Guy is a privately owned company in the business of buying and selling tickets to sporting events, concerts, and theatre. The Ticket Guy is not affiliated with and is not licensed by any box office, Ticketmaster, venue, promoter, league, or team. All copyrights, trademarks or trade names used by The Ticket Guy are for descriptive purposes only and not by or on behalf of these entities. Our prices exceed the face value of the ticket and are based on the event, supply, demand, and seating location. The Ticket Guy is licensed by the State of Georgia and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Refunds and Exchanges
The Ticket Guy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and tickets will not be replaced. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets. All sales are final and there will be no refunds or exchanges.

Event Cancellations
If an event has been cancelled and rescheduled, all tickets are valid for that rescheduled date and time. If an event is cancelled, but not rescheduled, for any reason other than an act of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. Shipping charges are not refundable.

100% Guarantee
All completed and confirmed ticket orders are 100% guaranteed. The Ticket Guy will make every effort to fill your order as soon as possible. However, due to the nature of certain events, The Ticket Guy reserves the right to fulfill your ticket order up to the day of the event. Although we strive to meet and exceed our customer's expectations, in rare instances specific seat locations are not available. If the specific seats you have ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to provide you with tickets of the same or greater value at no extra cost to the customer. If no comparable tickets are available you will receive notification with alternative locations and pricing options.

Orders with ticket groups of two are guaranteed to be together. All other quantities are not guaranteed to be consecutive. All attempts will be made by The Ticket Guy to group seats according to the quantity requested.

Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices and availability are subject to change at any time. All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is completed and confirmed by The Ticket Guy. Online orders placed after 6PM EST weekdays or on weekends and holidays may not be processed until the next working day.

Payments and Service Charges
The Ticket Guy accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. In some instances it may be possible for The Ticket Guy to accept money orders, checks, and cash. C.O.D. payment is not possible.

Receipt of payment will be sent via United States Postal Service. If you have not received receipt within 21 days, please call us at 1-800-700-3586 or e-mail info@ticketguy.com.

All orders will be subject to a 8% per ticket, non-refundable handling charge.
